I'm not going to lie - I'm very lazy when it comes to work out. I can eat a lot and not look like I've put on weight (when I probably would put on 1 or 2 kg). My weight has never been over 50kg - the heaviest I knew I weighed was 49.6kg. But I've rarely worked out. So my goal this semester (staying in hostel) is to make full use of the 'extra' space and the gym nearby to work out and hopefully loose fats and gain some muscles.
There's a current craze in the youtube world where many makeup gurus on youtube, celebrity bloggers and the like have vloged or said somewhere about blogilates (the youtube channel here). While I haven't had time (and space) to try all of them, here is a set of routines I hope I am able to stick to once I move back into hostel (which also signifies more time for other stuff because my internship would have ended).
[update: delayed posting because it took me two whole weeks to fully recover. my cough is very persistent.]
