Get rid of cellulite!

The most common misconception people have about cellulite is that only those who are overweight gets them. In face, studies have shown that 90% of women have cellulite!

Cellulite formation can be reduced by changing your diet and by exercising regularly. Food that are low in fat, high in fiber and food that are rich in vitamins will help to reduce formation of cellulite. An example of an exercise routine that I found on the web is here.

Although weight loss can help reduce cellulite, weight loss isn't the right approach for everyone! WebMD says: For women who are already at a healthy weight, dropping a few pounds can loosen skin, making cellulite more noticeable.

WebMD also said in it's page that caffeine and retinol are two ingredients in creams that aim to reduce cellulite. However, another source I found stated that:

Most anti-cellulite creams have caffeine, which dehydrates the skin. This tightens and firms the skin for a temporary improvement in appearance. So it's not actually getting rid of the cellulite, just changing the way your skin looks, which can be a plus in bathing suit season. Cellulite-fighting creams are expensive, and there have been many disappointed consumers. But if you want to try this, look for a cellulite cream with 5% caffeine.

Michelle Phan did a tutorial on using coffee beans as a scrub to get rib of cellulite. The video is below:

Do remember to apply moisturizer on the skin after you use creams or anything with caffine - you won't want your skin to look aged and dry.
