Just to share a useful video I found for those who dance and need to do a hair bun! Enjoy! :)
The hair net they used is the invisible kind, which normal accessories shop might not carry. I managed to find one from Sonata Dancewear. (edited: some told me the link does not work, so if you want to get to sonata's page, it's http://sonata-dancewear.com/ or you can do a google search). U-pins and all I normally get from those normal accessories store.
I get most of my other dance 'gear' (leotard, ballet slippers) from Costumes Connection because I find that they are cheaper there. The quality is also quite good. Comparing the leotards I have gotten, I like Costumes Connection one better but again, it's my personal preference. There is one that I have gotten from Sonata, normal black double front leotard, which is suppose to be in cotton but feels like it's lycra. I'm not sure about it since I got it online and it was more or less a 'gift' from sonata (I won 600 points in conjunction of their celebration of 30th birthday.)
I might start social/ballroom dance and stop Chinese dance. Still considering, give my initial reason to stop dancing (altogether) is because of my knees, and since then I pulled my left hemstring (which isn't really healing and it's been 10 months since I pulled it). It's more of a I can't really give up dancing but need to stop doing those too vigorous stuff... For now, I'll continue Chinese dance until I find time for social dance lessons. :)
